Dehavilland Ford Co-Founder 818 The Sign

Dehavilland Ford serves as the primary visionary, with her husband Will, of The 818 The Sign Movement, which is committed to seeing revival and reformation sweep through the inner cities and all of America. As a revivalist, she carries a forerunner message and has traveled across America and various parts of the world, including Africa, England, South America, and Israel, preaching the gospel with a burning desire to see transformation in the earth. Dehavilland has a burden to see a culture of life and an awakening of bridal love for Jesus released in our generation. She and her husband Will live with their beautiful children in Dallas, TX.


Laura Allred

Longing to see this generation live with freedom and purpose, Laura Allred began full-time ministry at a young age and founded Standard Bearers International and Captured in 2004, which have reached many in this emerging generation with the Father’s message of holiness and passion while cultivating a grassroots reformation of society. As an engaging visionary and inspiring motivator, she has served as a strategist for the young women of her generation and has used her unique influence to gather, inspire and mobilize others. Equipped with a tactician, who bears their same heart and values, young women across the nation have assembled alongside Laura to reclaim the voice of young women in the fight for life. Stepping beyond the traditional approaches of pro-life advocates, Laura has led these relevant voices in creative, more tangible strides towards life. Laura has had the honor of preaching all over the U.S. and in over a dozen nations. Carrying a mandate to encourage her generation to a higher standard, she shares her message with transparency, passion, and conviction. Laura communicates with humor and vulnerability that disarms and inspires change. Laura and her husband Gabe currently reside in Cedar Hill with their daughter, Evangeline.

Jessica Clark Co-Pastor FreedomChurch

Jess Clark co-pastors Freedom Church in Magnolia, TX with her husband. She is the mother of five kids, a writer, and speaker. Jess traveled for years with Radiant Worship, a ministry team and band dedicated to prayer and revival in the United States. She and her husband have partnered with numerous ministries since 1996, working closely with Lou Engle and the Call, and the International House of Prayer in Kansas City, MO. Her passion is to see men and women freed from shame and relational brokenness, operating in their true gifting. Jess communicated deep truths and powerful lessons with a blend of passion for the Presence of God, humor, and practicality.


Leigh Gettman-Allen

Leigh Gettman-Allen is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Dallas Baptist University with a BA in Communication and a Masters graduate of Regent University with an MA in Intercultural, Interpersonal and International Communication. Having received training from the Multicultural Institute in Washington DC, Leigh has spoken to over 200,000 individuals regarding her programs on cultural diversity as an international communication consultant. Along with continuing her speaking career, Leigh works as an Adjunct Professor of Communication at Dallas Baptist University where she has instructed classes of all course levels over the past 17 years. Recently, Leigh co-authored the book Modern Images of America: Oak Cliff (released by Arcadia Publishing., 2016). In 1998, Leigh led The President’s Initiative on Race in Dallas, Texas. She is also a recipient of The Bridge into the 21st Century’s national “Rising Star Award”. As Miss Oak Cliff 1996 and 1998, Leigh shared her program “Racial Unity: It’s Up to Us” in almost every school in the DISD and made over 300 community presentations in Oak Cliff alone. She and her husband Billy faithfully serve as co-leaders for the Dallas-based college and young adult ministry, The Branch. They reside in Oak Cliff with their adorable Goldendoodle Betsy Ann and two kittens Kate and Leo.


Nakoa Dantzler Merritt

Nakoa Dantzler Merritt was born in Queens, New York and currently calls Dallas, Texas home. Nakoa aims to glorify God and walk in excellence while making kingdom disciples along the way. Nakoa is a Maximizer, and she thrives on taking ideas, people, teams, and organizations from good to great. Whether she is teaching, preaching or mentoring teen girls or helping with community outreach initiatives, Nakoa has the unique gift of seeing the gold in every person. Nakoa is a graduate of Hampton University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She also holds a Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis on Sustainability and Community Impact. She is currently completing her Doctorate in Public Administration at Liberty University. Nakoa serves as the Co-Director of the Southern Dallas chapter of Polished, a ministry that engages professional women in conversations about life, work, and faith. She and her husband Larry serve as Co-Youth Pastors at the Trinity Church Fairmeadows campus in Duncanville, Texas.
